Starting at ATP-CTP

I have my Commercial Multi with First Class medical actively working in Part 135 operations. My question is more of a guidance on how it would go about at ATP to start at the ATP-CTP and towards the A320 type rating which I saw that was advertised through ATP. Also I have my Post9/11 GI Bill that I would hope to accommodate in as well. I read a few threads that it only covers checkride fees? Any guidance on who or where I’d get in contact with?
