Does it matter what kind of bachelor degree you get? Can you get a bachelors in fine arts and still be hired? And if it does matter what kind of degree are they looking for?

Doesn’t matter. As long as the degree is from a legitimate school you’re fine.

It does not matter one bit. Pick something that you are interested in in case for some reason the whole aviation thing does not work out.
