I have the equivalent work experience but they said they need to see a high school transcript is grades a factor into getting accepted ?

Yes grades ARE a factor. They also want to verify you graduated.

Okay thanks , do you know what kinda grades they look for mostly A and Bs or just that you have graduated
Would some Cs be acceptable?
