I would like to become a pilot. I have a color deficiency red-green Ishihara 38 Plates CVD Test results. My intent is to become a instructor. How could you guide me through my process or is it not possible for me to become and instructor or pilot ?

We cannot guide you as we’re not physicians but it’s actually pretty simple, either you pass a medical and fly or you can’t. There are alternate color vision tests but you need to contact an AME (Aviation Medical Examiner) and discuss your options.
