So I have a medium size tattoo on the inner part of my forearm. I usually wear long sleeves and I am assuming I will be wearing long sleeves to the interview. My question is If I have a forearm tattoo will I be able to enroll in ATP and or get a job with major airlines as a pilot as long as I can cover up the tattoo on the job?

As long as you can cover your tattoos, you will be fine. This does mean that you will be wearing long sleeves and the uniform jacket year round, while other pilots are able to wear the short sleeves.

As Chris said you’ll be fine but plan on wearing long sleeves and keeping them covered for your entire career.
Btw, getting to a Major will take significantly more than just covering your tattoos.
