I am very pleased to announce that we are adding a new mentor to our group, Hannah.

Hannah just completed her time as an instructor with ATP and is now in training to fly the Citation CJ3 with FlyExclusive, a charter company. Hannah will be adding a fresh perspective to the forum with both her recency of experience as an instructor, and more importantly, her knowledge of the corporate aviation world.

Was just about to ask! I didn’t realize that there were ANY 135 operators even considering non 121/135 pilots right now… I figured all the CFIs were just kinda stuck where they were!

It depends on the company! Quite a few places I interviewed they loved that I was a fresh, eager, young pilot because I’d be “trainable”; Easy to mold to their company policies and ops and appreciative of the opportunity to be there. Those are places you want to find!

Very very interesting… I’m reassured to hear that! I think my long term goals are at the airlines but I’m NOT opposed to 135 work in the meantime! Been eyeballing Cape Air and DPJ for a while along w/ the FDX feeders
