Hi I’m wondering how hard is it to become a pilot for Skywest. Or any other regional airy in the us

In case you haven’t heard there’s a worldwide pilot shortage. ALL the Regional airlines are aggressively recruiting. Provided you meet all the requirements and have no major issues (excessive checkride busts, DUIs, criminal record, etc) you should have no issues.

Now is one of the best times in the history of the airlines to get hired. If you meet the qualifications, have a good record and interview well, you should not have any issues. I will say though that Skywest is one of the top regionals and is probably a little more selective than some of the other ones are.
